Gypsum is an important industrial Raw material. It is mainly used in the
manufacturing of fertilizer, cement, paper, paint and rubber. Pink and white
gypsum is found in Mianwali, Jhelum, Dera Ghazi Khan (the Punjab),
Quetta, Sibbi (Balochistan) and Kohat (KPK). It is also available in small
quantities in Bahawalpur (Punjab), Dadu and Sanghar (Sindh) and Dera
Ismail Khan (KPK).
